What is Eft/Tft Tapping therapy?
Eft (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Tft (Thought Field Therapy) are often referred to as "tapping." Tapping employs the use of one's fingers to tap different points on the body that correspond with different meridians (energetic pathways) in the body. Other modalities such as acupuncture and reflexology also work along these same meridian pathways in the body. Tapping can be useful for many issues. including, but not limited to, better regulating one's emotions, reducing pain, or reducing the emotional charge associated with a particular issue. It has also been useful for those with anxiety, phobias, PTSD, or emotional triggers. Some even use tapping to help with financial blocks.
Tapping sessions are available in person or on a Zoom video call.
